Skydroid has officially launched the all-new C12PRO Ultra-HD 3-Axis Dual-Sensor Gimbal Camera!

As a new-generation lightweight dual-sensor Gimbal , the C12PRO delivers comprehensive upgrades in mechanical structure, weight optimization, imaging capability and device compatibility. Integrating dual-sensor imaging, 3-axis stabilization, intelligent tracking and other features, it achieves improved structural strength while keeping the weight at merely 140 g. It offers a lighter, more stable and sharper visual-perception solution for various unmanned systems.

Structure Upgrade | CNC Housing, High Strength & Compact Form Factor

The newly-released C12PRO features an upgraded outer housing built with industrial-grade CNC material. It reinforces structural rigidity to deliver better shock resistance, heat dissipation and protection, suitable for diverse outdoor operating environments.

While boosting external structural strength, the C12PRO also optimizes internal layout and overall dimensions, keeping its weight at only 140 g. Compared with mainstream 3-axis dual-light gimbals on the market that generally weigh over 160 g, the lighter and more compact C12PRO reduces endurance burden for unmanned platforms.

Power Consumption Upgrade｜Power Consumption Below 5 W to Reduce Endurance Load

While delivering enhanced performance, the C12PRO also optimizes energy-efficiency, with total power consumption lower than 5 W. Lower power draw lessens extra strain on the power supply system of unmanned platforms. It ensures stable operation during long-duration missions without compromising flight endurance, and perfectly meets the requirements of small size unmanned equipment for lightweight, low-power payloads.

Imaging Upgrade｜8-Megapixel Sensor, 4K Recording Supported

Imaging performance has been further improved from the C12 to the C12PRO . The C12 features a 5-megapixel visible-light sensor that only supports 2K video recording and photography. By contrast, the C12PRO is upgraded to an 8‑megapixel visible-light sensor with support for 4K video recording and image capture. It produces HD distortion-free footage, enabling clear capture of distant targets for applications such as inspection and search and rescue, while preserving rich image details.

Perception Upgrade｜Dual-Light Imaging with 3-Axis Stabilization

The C12PRO integrates dual-light modes of visible-light and infrared thermal imaging, and supports 30×digital zoom. The thermal imaging resolution is upgraded from 384*288 to 512*384. While capturing fine image details via visible-light channel, it can acquire heat-source images through infrared thermal imaging. Picture in picture mode is also available to facilitate field observation during operations.

The C12PRO infrared thermal imaging offers 11 pseudo-color palette options. Operators can adjust colors according to operational scenarios to obtain more distinguishable thermal images for energy inspection, security patrol, forest-environment monitoring, traffic surveillance, search and rescue and other missions. 

Combined with its 3-axis stabilization structure, hover jitter is controlled within ±0.01°and in-flight jitter within ±0.02°. Stable and smooth video output is maintained whether the unmanned platform is hovering or in motion.

Computing-Power Upgrade｜Intelligent Perception, Multi-Target Recognition

The C12PRO features further upgraded computing power. Working with Skydroid FPV, it realizes dynamic recognition via intelligent algorithms. It can lock targets in real-time according to mission requirements, with the Gimbal automatically adjusting its orientation to greatly boost operational efficiency. It supports simultaneous recognition of multiple targets within the frame, allowing unmanned platforms to acquire richer target information in complex operating environments and improving overall mission performance.

Compatibility Upgrade｜Upright & Inverted Mounting for Flexible Deployment

To accommodate structural and installation requirements of different unmanned devices, the C12PRO supports both upright hanging-mount and inverted mounting modes. It can be flexibly fitted onto various unmanned platforms, greatly improving Gimbal installation compatibility.
